At Pawsome Kingdoms, we are committed to providing exceptional pet care through our highly trained team. We prioritise the unique needs of your pet as an individual, including their behavioural quirks, medical requirements, and background history, aiming to enhance their holiday experience by maintaining their routine as if you were home with them.
Our focus is on delivering the highest standard of care for your pet(s) while remain in the safety and comfort of their own home, which has been shown to benefit their mental and emotional well-being. Whether your pet is reactive, has severe separation anxiety (SSA), needs a strict medication schedule, or has a condition like IVDD, we’ve got you covered.
By carefully observing their actions and interactions to various stimuli, and keeping their routines intact, we tailor our approach to align with their natural behaviours, ensuring a comfortable and enriching stay, aiming to create a sense of stability and safety whilst you are away.

*Please note: Festive days (Bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years day) will be charged at a double rate.
Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate our Pet Sitting Contract a minimum of fourteen days prior to the first scheduled day of the booking without incurring penalties or damages. If a deposit has been paid, this will be refunded to the preferred bank account.

Failure by the client to give the minimum notice period required for cancellation, or any cancellation during recognised holiday periods, will result in a 30% cancellation fee of the total amount due; unless such cancellation is caused by extreme weather, family bereavement or a medical emergency.

Should any pet become aggressive or dangerous, the sitter may:

Arrange with the pet’s Guardian to assume responsibility for the pet until the client's return.

Place the pet into a kennel or animal care facility at the client's expense, if the Guardian is unable or unwilling to assume responsibility for the pet.

The sitter reserves the right to cancel a booking, or to refuse a new booking if previous payments have not been completed according to the preferred payment option stated above in the ‘Compensation Policy’ section.
