How do we work?
Kickstart your pet sitting experience with an Initial In-Home Meet & Greet service at Pawsome Kingdoms. This first introduction allows your pets to sniff around within a safe environment and get to know their sitter, creating a comfortable and stress-free experience for both you and your furry friends. We will discuss how we work and what we will be providing you with, so that we are 100% confident with all information given prior to signing the agreement that will secure your booking. Rest assured, we will provide you with all our certificates and insurance details for complete peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate this Pet Sitting Contract a minimum of 48 hours prior to the first scheduled visit without incurring penalties or damages. If a 10% deposit has been paid, this will be refunded to the preferred bank account. Failure by the Owner to cancel by giving the minimum notice required or any cancellation during recognized holiday periods will result in a 30% cancellation fee of the total amount due, unless such cancellation is caused by severe weather, death in the family or a medical emergency. Where the Sitter as sole proprietor needs to cancel later than 48 hours prior to the Owner’s departure due to unforeseen circumstances, she may appoint a substitute with the written approval of the Owner and any difference in the fees charged shall be for the account of the Sitter. Should any pet become aggressive or dangerous, the Sitter may: • Arrange with the pet’s Guardian to assume responsibility for the pet until the Owner’s return. • Place the pet into a kennel or animal care facility at the Owner’s expense if the Guardian is unable or unwilling to assume responsibility for the pet.
